Ramchandram Games is an independent game developer and publisher. The name is currently used as a developer identity and is not yet a legally registered company. All games are created and managed under this identity until formal registration.

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, or unique device identifiers. Our games may automatically collect basic gameplay analytics, device information, and advertising identifiers through Unity Ads SDK. No browsing history or sensitive personal data is collected or shared.

3. Use of Information

Any collected information is used only to improve gameplay performance, app stability, ad relevance, and ad effectiveness. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to any third parties.

4. Unity Ads SDK

Our games integrate Unity Ads SDK to display advertisements. Unity Ads may collect limited, non-personal data such as device type, ad impressions, and engagement metrics. Users are subject to Unity's data practices, which can be reviewed here: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy. All ad processing complies with Google Play's Data Safety requirements.

5. Data Storage and Security

Ramchandram Games does not maintain its own data servers. Any analytics or advertising data may be stored securely using Google Cloud or Unity's infrastructure. Data is encrypted where applicable, retained for limited periods, and accessible only to authorized personnel.

6. Consent and User Control

Personalized advertising is shown only after user consent where required. Users can withdraw consent at any time through in-app privacy settings or their device ad preferences. When consent is withdrawn, Unity Ads switches to non-personalized ad mode.

7. Children's Privacy

Our games are designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you believe that we have unintentionally collected such data, please contact us at ramchandramgames@gmail.com, and we will take steps to remove it.

8. Third-Party Access

Apart from Unity Ads, we do not integrate or share data with any other third-party SDKs. If future SDKs are added, this Privacy Policy and in-app consent flow will be updated accordingly.
